ImmuneAir has a variety of units designed to be installed in HVAC systems for any type of size of home, office, medical or dental facility, school, factory or business.

We have a variety of bipolar ionization systems, with sizes from the smallest home to systems with airflow of 17,000 CMF and floor area of up to 19,375 sq. ft. coverage by a single unit.

We also have several units that will generate hydroxyl radicals, which are released into the air and sterilize the air as well as reducing pathogens on surfaces by as much as 80%

 

We will do an analysis of your facility or institution and plan an installation that will render your facility as safe as possible.

ImmuneAir plasma air sterilization technology uses specially designed palsma conversion tubes that use a specific voltage to convert electrons in the atoms of the air into charged oxygen ions.  When the air passes through the ionization tube, it will form millions of positive ions and negative ions, simulating the air environment in the a natural mountainous area, turning indoor air into fresh pollution and pathogen free air.

Much like sunlight does in the atmosphere, ImmuneAir technology produces a natural bio-climate rich in positive and negative oxygen ions. The negative ions contain an extra electron while the positive ions are missing an electron resulting in an unstable condition. In an effort to restabilize, these bipolar ions seek out atoms and molecules in the air to trade electrons with, effectively neutralizing particulate matter, bacteria and virus cells, odorous gases and aerosols, and VOCs.

REMOVES ODOR
Odorous gas is oxidized by binding to reactive oxygen molecules, quickly eliminating odors

 

DUST REMOVAL
Dust particles and pollen in the air are bonded by charged ionic bonds. These charged particles quickly clump together into large particles which fall to the ground and are easily trapped by filters.  This also results in great reduction of bacteria in the air.


STERILIZATION
In a balanced negative and positive ion environment electrons discharge a certain amount of energy.  When the electrons collide with bacteria and mold spores, the energy transmitted breaks the molecular bond of bacteria and mold, destroying them.

What Are Oxygen Ions?

Ions are molecules or atoms that contain an electrical charge and exist in nature in various sizes. Small ions only last between 30 and 300 seconds before losing their charge, but are extremely active.

Small ion densities range from 900 to 1,100 negative ions and 1,000 to 1,200 positive ions per cubic centimeter (ions/cm3) in pristine natural environments. At sea level ion density is typically around 500 negative and 600 positive ions/cm3. In cities and inside buildings ion levels drop by 80% to 95% and can be barely detectable in small spaces.

As ion density decreases, so does the air quality. By increasing the quantity of both positively and negatively charged small oxygen ions, air quality is improved. This is the basis of Plasma Air's bipolar ionization technology.
